(1) Data Warehouse Analyst for Financial Systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/SUMMARY:

The Data Warehouse Analyst for Financial Systems will be responsible for development and support of the database reporting layer.

The analyst will be responsible for the efficient architecture, security, transformation, and import/export of internal and external reporting data.

ESENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Strong MSSQL experience in writing Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Complex SQL, DTS, and SQL Reporting Services.
- Experience with GP Dynamics, including importing data into, and exporting data out of GP
- Work with Finance and Content Ops teams on royalties, revenue and business intelligence reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to key stakeholders
- Experience with Excel and advanced features like cubes and pivot tables
- Maintain existing reporting database in existing reporting database in MS SQL Server for revenue, royalties and business metrics
- Research and investigate data discrepancies and provide data validation reports and understand system processes

Minimum Education:
B.A./B.S. in related technical or financial field or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience:
3-5 years experience as a Database Developer in a a high volume, high access environment.
- Proficient with SQL Tuning and SQL code optimization.

Knowledge of:
- MS SQL 2000, 2005, and 2008
- GP Dynamics
- SQL Reporting Services

Analytical/Interpersonal Skills:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Must be a motivated and pro-active individual.

(2) VP Engineering

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/SUMMARY:

The VP of Engineering will be responsible for the development and support of the core application platform for delivery of music and video downloads, streams, and live webcasts.  The VP of Engineering will work closely with our CTO and CEO to scale the company's infrastructure and deploy innovative products and services to our artist clients and our fans.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- .NET development including ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#
- MS SQL / T-SQL development
- Flash development in Flex using Flashbuilder
- Facebook Application Development
- Architecture and creation of API layers (SOAP/REST/JSON) to extend the core platform
- Architecture and creation of E-commerce systems
- Architecture, creation, and optimization of Caching mechanisms
- Architecture, creation, and optimization of security mechanisms for the protection of streaming and downloading of music files

Minimum Education:
B.A./B.S. in related technical or financial field or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience:
5 years experience as a .NET developer in a a high volume, high access environment.

Knowledge of:
- MS SQL 2000, 2005, and 2008
- ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET
- API architecture and development with serialization and deserialization to and from JSON, REST, and SOAP
- Javascript and JQuery
- Application Data Caching Systems
- Flex in Adobe Flashbuilder
- Facebook API
- Security mechanisms for protection of content
- Content delivery network interfacing for downloadable and streaming content (both LIVE and ON-DEMAND)

Analytical/Interpersonal Skills:

(3) Executive Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will manage the calls and schedule for the CEO, assist in office management duties, and interact with nugs.net's artist clients on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- organizational skills
- attention to detail
- friendly, outgoing demeanor
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Minimum Education:
B.A. or B.S. in marketing, communications, entertainment, or related field

Minimum Experience:
