"nice to see The Crowes roll through our sleepy little town on a Tuesday night. Who parties on a Tuesday night? The Black Crowes do and it was a rowdy crowd that rolled into the Mark Smith Concert Hall at the VBC in downtown Huntsville. It was nice to hear Cypress Tree early in the set. Rock n Roll at its finest. Oh Jo was beautiful. Cold Boy Smile was really cool to hear live and the brothers sang harmony very well. Angles had nice stage lighting while Jackie played beautiful mandolin. Wiser Times was 19 minutes and I love how the band has this song as a centerpiece this tour. One of their best songsand they give it excellent treatment as everyone takes long extended solos to flesh out all the great grooves within...I loved the reggae feel with this one. They then busted out a rare Mighty Quinn ( only played a handful of times in their career ) and was a great crowd singalong with alot of energy. Soul Singing>remedy>Hardtohandle >Hush finished off a great Tuesday night of Rock n Roll in the Rocket City with a quick Oh Well to send us packing. Thanks for releasing this audio. See you on the road. TJH"
