" I have seen over 25 Black Crowes shows and this was one of my favs. I was in St. Louis on a business trip and attended this show solo. It was very hot as I pounded some beers in the lot and made some cosmic friends. Crowes hit the stage early and the venue was scarce, but the Georgia funk was loud. They tore through the set and every song was on point. Marc Ford and Rich Robinson are slide guitar masters. Cosmic Friend, High Head Blues and Morning Song were highlites. I also love me sum Thick N Thin. By mid-set I had scammed in the pit to rock out up front. Of course, they finished with a sweet Remedy! I have had an audience copy of this show and play it often. Crowes opened for Tom Petty that night and even though I like Petty, BC blew him away. "
