"I attended this show with two friends who had never seen the Crowes before. Of course, TBC instantly impressed. This was the best Crowes show I have ever seen (been to seven or so concerts), and the recording does it justice. Rich's vocals on "Oh! Sweet Nuthin'" sound clear, while Luther's guitars are loud and in front. Lots of subtle pickups from Chris here, too. Awesome "Wiser Time," and "Peace Anyway" was a real surprise. So sorry to see these old boys go, but what a way to end it. "

"Beautiful. Beautiful show on a beautiful unseasonably sunshiney day in a beautiful venue. The bittersweetness of the "farewell" nature of this show and this tour seemed to permeate the whole of this epic setlist. Luther was on fire all night with his epic Duane Allmanisms, and the whole band seemed to be having as much of a blast as I was having listening to them bring the rock and roll to the people. No Expectations in particular was a thing of beauty, and Wiser Time pushed beyond the usual epic proportions of past performances. Oh Sweet Nothing was another gem of a cover...with Luther throwing in some "Hey Jude" licks for some added awesomeness. I could go on and on, but I'll just sum it up with a giant double thumbs up. If I had more thumbs I'd give it more, but two'll have to do. Thanks Crowes! Don't stay gone too long! -LTJ"

"Excellent show and setlist. Listening to this again I can almost smell the Nagchampa. Sorry to see them go away for a while but if this was the last time I saw them it was unforgetable. P.S. The Filmore shows, all 6 of them I beleive, are already available on Itunes for download."

"Outstanding show. Wonderful song selection...all of our favorites. Couldn't take our eyes off Luther....as good as any palyer we have ever seen. Gorman having a great time, especially taking the bass drum out front fo the acoustic set. Buythis show, then wait for the final Fillmore night to be available."
