"This show was set off by the awesome environment that is Bluesville at Tunica. Smaller, intimate setting, smaller stage and a balcony that hangs over the lower level seats and is in the face of the performers. Suprising start with a slower, long jam of Wiser Time that started the show off right. Followed up by a few Crowes concert staple songs and a few new ones (Goodbye Daughters and for one of the first times live I Ain't Hidin). Show then took a turn into full Black Crowes rock session for the duration and was wrapped up with an awesome Wounded Bird jam, the awesome live I Don't Know Why and a Crowes classic Thick n' Thin. Overall, great show. Chris was rocking to the crowd and thriving off the energy. Luther was in amazing form and really stole the show from the guitar perspective this night. That said, Rich was on fire as well, but just didn't shine as much because of how ridiculous Luther was. If anyone with any control of the website reads this, the show from the night before in Tulsa needs to get put up as well. May have been an even better show than this one and was a totally different venue (festival). "
