"Amazing show and equally amazing sound on this recording. I've been a Crowes fan since 1990 when I saw them open for ZZ Top. Since then I've seen them in concert a handful of times and have listened to all their albums and several bootlegs. This is the best they have sounded since '96! They are really tight, yet also into some great deep jams. Everyone in the band seems spot-on - and Chris' voice sounds better than it has in years. Highlights: Hotel Illness and Sister Luck flat out rock; Poor Elijah and Whoa Mule shift into a great down-home, back porch type vibe; the real treat here though is the Wee Who See The Deep>Thorn in My Pride sequence - this is jamming at its finest - letting the players really explore and weave - occasionally touching down with a powerful groove and then off again! This is classic Crowes and is rock and roll as it should be played."

"Great show! Luther really lays it down in "Movin' on down the line", and he and Rich rip really nice on "Poor Elijah". There's many transcendent moments in" Wee who see the deep" / "Thorn in my pride". That arrangement is epic. That, and the incredible rendition of "Seeing things" (with Chris singing his butt off, and Adam's B3 solo, whew!) makes it worth buying this concert alone, although the whole show is great."
