"I originally planned on just getting the Hip Live Series Volume 1, but once I listened to it I enjoyed it so much that I had to get the other two right away. Volume 2 kicks ass, and is probably my favorite out of the three. It has lots of good tunes that only show up on this volume. Locked In The Trunk Of A Car, 700 Ft Ceiling, Scared and Long Time Running are only on this Volume. They`re all great songs, but even better live. But the best song from this concert is hands down Lake Fever. It is the gem for sure from this show. I highly recommend that if your thinking about picking up one of these shows......one won`t cut it. Get them all, it`s worth every penny. "Alright! Even though you don`t have a lake, you can still have lake fever and not even fuckin know it!""

"Really glad this(these) shows are available. Pearl Jam does something similar for every show they play so hopefully the Hip can release more shows to the fans. Love that Gordie talks so much and the stories are great…especially the microphone stand one. Very cool. Ok and don’t get mad at this. This show is really sloppy. I have seen them 16 times and I guess it’s different when you are there verse having everyone mic’d separate. Paul and Gordie vocals clash like two dogs fighting for a bone. And seems to be out of time a little bit. Kinda of disappointed in the quality of playing on this. The sound is great but the mistakes scream out to me and are pretty obvious. I by no means want a perfect show. Anyway sorry for being negative but Im still going to get the two other shows if that tells you anything "

"The Hip definitely rule. I live in San Diego now ut every year, for the past two at least, teh Hip have come and played a small venue, 4th an B. FOr 20 bucks you can be directly in front of the stage moshing it out with other fellow Canadians. You will NEVER get this close to them. Simply amazing. "

"WOW It`s been almost 3 months since the show and I`m still hyped over it. Once again the Hip killed it. 3 Encores and everyone still wanted more. Long Time Running was great to hear and Little Bones was a great way to end the show. The only down side was the over the top security kid who was killing the smoke and the JLC policy on beer. To Gord and the boys thanks for another great show, As alive and entertaining as ever. Peace in the Middle East."

" I hope that the Tragically Hip`s Halifax concert (Dec. 5, 2004) will be available. It was amazing..blew me away!! They came back for 3 encores! Great sound, lots of energy!. Thanks"

"brilliant..what else can i say...sure gords voice cracks a few times, but the soul..the passion..it`s all there..and i have to say long time running gives me chills...locked is mind-blowing, gord even belts out a tune from the show "oliver" at the end of it..new orleans hasn`t sounded this good in years, daredevil with the "hiccups" instrumental leading into it!! i have to go listen to it again!!"

"I so wanted to go to the London show. heard it sold out in minutes. Just downloaded the set. Seems pretty good to me. Long time running don`t sound to good though. oh well But no Nautical Disaster. shame! but its all good. keep em coming, i will buy em"

"Not the greatest set of the tour. hopefully winnipeg will be released. i saw the band here in phoenix and thought they had lost something when i saw them. This show has proven me wrong thank god. This show kicks ass. the set list is very solid and the band is really on. Gord goes off like I like him to. Bobby is on fire. Very solid. The band sounds loose. The mix is terrific. Paul`s vocals are very audible and mixed perfectly with Gord. Lots of great antics by Gord. Every rant can be heard!!!! This is a show well worth the money. I am so glad I did."

    Wesley Labossiere 12/17/2004 5:18:12 AM

"Myself along with about 12,000 other Manitobans are still waiting for the Winnipeg concert to be put up for sale! It was by far the BEST setlist of the tour and I don`t think Gordie has ever put on a performance like that before. You won`t regret it!!"

"I have worked at the John Labatt Centre since it opened in October 2002. This said I have seen a lot of concerts here, but never gone to one. I HAD to go to The Tragically Hip. My brother and I are members of the Hip Club, but missed out on presale tickets. The Monday before the concert we scored tickets in section 105. I absolutely love The Hip, and this concert was by far the best I have ever heard or seen. I have over a hundred pictures from the show. The Joel Plaskett Emergency were great as well. I hope I don`t have to wait 6 years for The Hip to come back to my hometown."

    Bob 12/11/2004 1:36:27 PM

"The Flac files sound fantastic and I really enjoyed hearing the London show. The Ottawa show has a decent setlist but I enjoyed the London show more. Any Hip fan would want to buy both though, I`ll definetly be listening to them for a long time."

    Dale 12/11/2004 5:33:42 AM

"This is my second hip show and it is the best concert i have seen ever!!! by an artist!! the sound was amazing at the John Labatt Centre!! The Hip and London Rocks!! the live download of the concert sounds amazing! A must for any true hip fan!! Also it was the best set list i have seen yet!! 3 Encores!!"

    Christian 12/10/2004 5:21:47 PM

"To be honoust I`m kind of dissapointed in the way this sounds. The voacals are too loud and there is hardly any base. I would recomend buying the live at the ampatheater, recording instead. I really wish it was recorded better the set list is awsome."

    Gerry 12/10/2004 12:25:52 PM

"I can`t believe this! Unbelievable!!!! If you haven`t heard of this band, download any one of these shows IMMEDIATELY. They`ll change your life. Apparenty they`re huge in Canada. I can see why..... Gerry"

    Jamie (thehip11) 12/10/2004 6:02:59 AM

"Great Show!!! I was there and in the 7th row and it`s great to hear it again. The sound quality and song selection of this night was just fablouous. Thanks so much to thehip for releasing such great recordings to the fans! If only every show was available, I think we`d all be broke..."

    Drew 12/9/2004 8:58:11 PM

"this is an amazing show, it really shows why they are the best band in the world. the set list is awsome , ty guys for the show "

    Chris 12/9/2004 6:42:21 PM

"Incredible concert! I`ve seen the Hip four times, and this was by far the best! The band was firing on all cylinders, and would repeatedly whip the crowd into a frenzy in this unbelievable concert. Download this for sure!"

    Jason 12/9/2004 3:52:07 PM

"Without a doubt the best setlist of the tour, except maybe New Orleans earlier in the fall but I saw 4 shows this tour and Gordie was ON London. It was nice to see the boys jam a bit before `Daredevil` and Locked tickled me in a way that if Loretta tickeled me like that, I would say: "Ohh, that`s nice." Beautiful `Twist` and `Fever` . Worth every bit the $9.95 US."

    Terry 12/9/2004 2:31:29 PM

"I`ve been to a lot of great shows by many artists and this was by far the best show I`ve ever seen. Gord is the quintessential showman, I`ve never seen an artist with more flare and energy. It is more than apparent that they still feed off of the audiences. A few amps...........simplicity at its best. Anyone who doesn`t know much about the hip or even for fans, this show is a guaranteed entertainment extravaganza. "

    Brian 12/9/2004 1:46:00 PM

"This was an amazing concert. A stellar setlist and a great atmosphere made for an awesome night of music. It was great to hear a lot of the Hip`s older stuff, mixed in with some of the new. I think it`s great how the Hip have started to release their concerts for downloads. Hopefully they will release the New Years show too...as I hope to be there! Download this show...it was the best one I`ve ever been to."
