"Sound quality- first rate. Primo example of why sound board recordings beat audience tapes. Wonderful stereo sound field is fully revealed by headphones, excellent detail and balance in all instruments. No flaws detected. Performance- Killer instrumental soul / funk from stellar English band. Comparison to the Meters is apt. Originals, a James Brown cover, smoking guest appearance from Papa Mali. Presentation- Good-natured stage banter, hip Northern English accents, audible introductions of all band members, no shameless requests for applause or clap alongs. "
