"I've gone to the Ledges so many times but this weekend was probably the best time I've ever had there. Anytime they play the Zelda Theme it's a good time. After Umbilical Moonrise, I went and blasted Racks by Young Chris out of my friend's car for about 3 hours... sorry to anyone I offended."

"First Summer Dance and it was a blast. Nelson Ledges is a beautiful venue with so much to do during the day when no music is playing. Archnemesis and Big Gigantic were awesome openers for Lotus and definitely brought the digital get down in the afternoon. Lotus though was the star and crushed it both nights playing essentially every great song in there arsenal with a couple of covers including the Zelda theme. Highlights are from the first night The Surf, Plant Your Root > Shimmer & Out > Flower Sermon > Shimmer & Out > Plant Your Root, and of course the Spaghetti > Harps which hasn't been played in over 4 years! The encore of Umbilical Moonrise was for me the most epic shit I have ever been apart of. There was a collective face melt for that which sent off the weekend in style. Amazing shows a must get for any serious Lotus fan. Def will be doing Summer Dance next year for sure!!!"
