"Don't play your dvds on a blu-ray player or any upscaling dvd player or the video will not be the right size. I had to break out my old ps2 to play the dvd to get it to play in the right aspect ratio."

"I will have to agree is a previous review. I think that the video looks great but the sound was not as good as it could have been. It came through my speakers sounding a bit harsh. I beleive that the FLAC tracks sounded better and it would have been nict to have those encoded in the video. I would also really like to see this realeased on BluRay of HD Audio. "

"i pre-ordered the 3 night run on dvd..... and havent heard a word on when they might be delivered.as an experienced taper,and also having been in attendance at shows early in panics history (the cave show, the armory, cotton club..etc...) i realize that liscensing, mastering, production, and delivery take time. i think that some simple customer service, like a simple mass email to all who pre-ordered the video copies, as to the progress of this project would be great!! its great to see widespread getting recognition...... as long as they dont forget to treat the folks that support them, and their causes properly. "

"Thats why you buy the HD FILES. They are 720p and look fucking great. If you want a bluray, use TMPG Author and have fun. That's what I am doing once I merge the 16bit WAV audio in and demux the AAC Audio. Well done guys. Look forward to buying more shows in HD :D"

"This is great that WSP is getting all the music and video out quickly and in high quality HD. The problem for the HD video however is that they need to produce the video on BluRay and not conventional DVD. By selling these on conventional DVD, the band might as well not record in HD. It is false advertising really to claim that this is HD."

"Guys, the important thing is this leap to video. I'm sure they are using this and learning as we all are. Perfection takes patience, practice and now that the ice has been broken hopefully we'll all be treated to reproductions that push the envelope of home theater capabilities. Not everyone has an IMAX in their livingroom. You can't buy a single one nite ticket for the price you just paid for front row seats all three nites complete with a pause and rewind button. "It's VBR AAC avg 185kbs Like I said in my previous review. It may be worth remuxing the files with the wavs from the flac 16's. Pretty sure the times are exact. Plan on playing with it soon. But it does sound good. Regardless it's not acceptable IMO to give 720p HD video and AAC audio (slightly better then mp3)"

"Only issue I have with the video is the audio was not lossless. I think I will take the time and redo it with the flac 16 wav audio. The AAC track sounds good, don't get me wrong, but I thought with the video being such great quality they would treat the audio with the same treatment. 9/10 imo. BUY THIS SHOW ON VIDEO!!! The cost for the quality is amazing. I watched this on my 42inch HDTV and my god did it look incredible. I hope they do this for Halloween NOLA and NYE!!! Great work guys!!!!"

"Steve, the issue is that it didn't say pre-order, it said buy, so most were lead to believe they were buying it then. I've spoken to them at customer service, and they're working to see if they can fix that issue. Other than that, I'm sure most of us can understand that it could take time, just want to know how much time until we can redeem what we thought we were purchasing."

"HD video downloads of recently performed shows...are you freakin' kidding me??? What an awesome product!!! Hell, I don't care if it takes a few months...take as long as you need. Anything is better than getting one commercial DVD every 4 or 5 years! I'm not sure what you other guys that are complaining about. Once these are available, it's gonna be INCREDIBLE! These videos will be SOOOO worth the wait and once they're available I'm pretty sure nobody will care that they had to wait. FWIW, I'm pretty sure that the timing issues are probably out of the hands of those that are creating the video's since they explain that they are waiting for rights to clear. For those that are bitching because you pre-paid, if you were really worried about your money being tied up, then why did you pre-pay?"

"This is starting to get very annoying. I paid for the Oakland 3 night run with video and was only able to download the first night. I have been unable to download the next two nights and the video...what's going on with you guys? I have submitted a customer service question last week and still no response. Is there a number I can call...this is not good business practice and will be frowned upon going forward."

"This is absolutely ridiculous. Is there some kind of problem getting these videos up? I absolutely did not intend to pay to preorder a video that won't be available for weeks, and thought it was available at the time of purchase. I love the band, but am about to get a refund if we don't at least get some news on when they may be available."
