"i tried to buy this show, just to have no shows in my downloads page. i have tried to email customer support to have them tell me that i did not purchase the show from my account! i have never used this site with another account neither has anyone else on my computer. i would like to get the shows but i cant send anymore money to this site after being ripped off then being told i didnt buy the show.... baddd impression of this"
