"This show was one of the most amazing displays of all things good in this world fighting for life and justice. Sadly it was one of the last shows at the old backyard in ATX. Urban sprawl and corporate consumer department stores had encroached on the small stand of oaks and a beautiful stage that these boys threw down a beautiful call to all who love this world and all its beauty. Bittersweet but phenomenal!!"

"The Boys were obviously having a lot of fun on stage and it showed!! What a great way to lay the Backyard to rest. Thanks Dave for reminding us how lucky we've been here in Austin to have such a great venue. This show had my first Henry Parsons, Diner, and Imitation Leather Shoes. And goddam! if they didn't rock! Especially the psychedelic Diner and flat out smokin' Henry Parsons. The Boys were firing on all cylinders for this show. Where are you gonna play in Austin now Boys??? The Austin Music Hall?? The Paramount?? The rebirthed Backyard?? Please come back!!!!!!!!!!!"

"That was some of the best ensemble playing I have seen out of these guys. Tight & intuitive. The boys were listening to each other on a level I have not seen from them before last night at The Backyard. It was hard to ignore the amount of fun they were having on that stage. A great musical experience. The Backyard will be missed but Panic is goin' strong!"
