Was there …what energy 10/4/2025 3:37:33 PM

"Why do some people expect perfection… Go to a Tuesday show and have fun and let the band have fun. Curious how many critics on here are professional musicians with a following like goose ??? The less you want …the more you got….so don’t you cry for more "

My mind has been consumed 10/3/2025 8:52:51 PM

"This song has quickly evolved into a banger!"

Tk 10/3/2025 10:00:08 AM

"One of the best concerts I've ever seen. All the right songs for me! great build ups and drops. Wysteria Lane hit different. great first set, huge ending, awesome energy second set. butter rum was fun as hell as well as hot tea into can't get you out of my head was incredible"

Moosemas 10/3/2025 7:59:31 AM

"Birthday show of some goontz some evil spooky jams and a FUN as shit butter rum "

I Survived Goose at Kemba 10/3/2025 4:46:05 AM

"Never miss a Tuesday show! Goose let em know, that wysteria lane was cherry on top. Barn burner if you will "

Afscuur 10/3/2025 12:50:13 AM

"I never expected them to do a cover of Spain, but I'm all here for it."

Alumni Blues 10/2/2025 4:29:22 PM

"Wysteria Lane is my highlight of this show. Driving hard all thru out. Hardcore sounding little evil in there. "

Slop Goblin 10/2/2025 3:36:13 PM

"If this show is sloppy I guess that makes me a slop goblin. Sheeeet "

Cryptic Mystic 10/2/2025 11:13:23 AM

"This show had lots of highs and lows. Wysteria and Lee jams were exceptional. Transition from Sun > Rum was pure butter. Arrow was a complete clunker. Peter, you doofus, get off the damn marimba patch. Read the room and adjust if necessary, you can’t just vamp off key for 20 minutes."

RadioWookie 10/2/2025 10:06:42 AM

"Not sure what some other bozos are talking about in regard to the set being "sloppy" because I found it rather tight. Great show. Jive 1 and Arrow being the highlight"

J bone 10/2/2025 9:33:22 AM

"Agree with some of the negative comments unfortunately. Seems like they’re getting away from what they do best. Jams start really nice and then become stale, repetitive and dark. Would love to hear more of each instrument instead of the rapid mashups of late"

Chuck Dawson 10/2/2025 4:31:18 AM

"First show. Awesome. Kept hearing a distant Whhooooooooooooooooooooooooooo crying out over the music. Arrow seemed to give salute. Something do not hear in recordings. Even during intermission the music was transcendent. Had fun, thanks!"

Grasshopper239 10/1/2025 7:18:31 PM

"the Jive Lee through A Western Son is as good as it gets. The rest was just great. Might not have been folks preferred setlist, but the jams were killer and the covers were rarities. The composed songs were all well played. 3 of the tracks might make the JOTY field. Arrow and Wysteria are for sure, Jive Lee is a contender"

David 10/1/2025 5:52:34 PM

"This show was just ... fine. I wasn't thrilled with the song selection - not much off of their two recent awesome studio albums; Animal or Dustin Hoffman would have been great to hear. I'm trying not to diss the song selection because it's more about the groove, but I found myself bored at times. Like the Columbus Phish show, I don't think Columbus got the best of the run, and I'm left feeling like tonight's show will be the one I would have rather attended. "

GratefulTillDead 10/1/2025 5:42:40 PM

"Chick Corea's version of Spain will never be topped.. but their cover was absolutely epic.. GOOSE!!!"

Cbus guy 10/1/2025 2:42:04 PM

"This was a truly excellent concert, the encore of SALT was incredible. The crowd lost their mind during butter rum. It was a really cool show a I’m excited after coming home the next day that I could listen to it already!"

Jgarcia 10/1/2025 8:32:49 AM

"Choppy.. not a fan of the frequent search for a groove landing in cacophony.. momentum busting.. I get trying to push the sound in a new ways, but not at the expense of what you do best.. build Jan’s, hammer grooves, big finish, manic dance party throughout.. , "

JR 10/1/2025 7:54:52 AM

"First Goose show! Blown away and can’t wait for the next time!"

Will 10/1/2025 6:28:33 AM

"I was so lost in the sauce during the second set. Holy crap man. This felt like a show for the ages. I LOVE GOOSE. SO MUCH."

Jam the Jives 10/1/2025 6:27:35 AM

"Nice to see a Jive getting the treatment. Standout jam for sure!"

SG 10/1/2025 6:23:00 AM

"Okay, so I'm trying to find the words. There's a certain subset of shows I hold in the highest esteem. Life-changing musical experiences. These would include finally seeing Genesis in 2007 at the Palace of Auburn Hills; my run of Gov't Mule shows in Ohio in 2008-2009; The Allman Brothers at Pine Knob in 2005; Bob Dylan at my Alma Mater in 2007 (second row); The Dead in Rosemont in 2009; Umphrey's in Royal Oak in 2009 and other shows from them like Kalamazoo 2013, Detroit 2014, and Interlochen 2012. I began following Goose online on 2023, and was so stupid busy with work I didn't even know they came to Detroit that year until after it was over. *sad face* I planned to go in 2024, didn't work out. When Grand Rapids was announced, I outside planned to go, but didn't think it would happen. Well, I made the first two. incredible. Sterling Heights, incredible. So much so, I had to be in Columbus. Didn't even plan for it. in a venue which feels like a big backyard party, Goose dropped two of the best sets of live music I've seen. it was pure magic. Gave me chills, and maybe someone was chopping onions?? Honk!"

Shoobie doobie 10/1/2025 5:42:15 AM

"Wow! What energy "

Freddiewah 10/1/2025 4:29:53 AM

"while still epic, probably one of the sloppiest shows in recent memory"

Empress Creature 10/1/2025 2:38:00 AM

"This show had almost everything. Evil goose and dance party. Heart is full "
