"First off, thank you Amanda for your sign! I didn't think the concert was epic, but it certainly had its moments. This was Rob calling the shots, by hand signaling what song would come next off a list of songs that they had released earlier. As such, the show felt kind of disjointed at times. They phoned in Crab Eyes, The Opium was decent, but highlight of the first set was definitely She>Reaper. I am not sure they ever finished She, it just meandered into DFTR, and we were speculating all the way through the encore if they would close out the song. (They didn't) The 2nd set was ok, with St Aug>SOAD>St Aug starting it out, Spaz Medicine was decent as well. But there was no segue from SOMP. and an exceptional Meat was clearly the highlight of the second set and show. That was the only time I really felt any real energy during the show, but it was enough to ensure many people buying tickets for the next night. I had a great time, met some cool people up in the corner by the coffee bar, but was certainly not wowed by the song selection and comparative lack of ">". Typical DC show, but any moe. is better than no moe. "

"epic stuff, this was my first moe. show, and i am a true .ron through and through now. highlights: opium, st. augie>spine>st. augie, paper dragon, crab eyes, dont fear the reaper, seat of my pants, both encore songs, and MEAT. meat was not on the setlist, but my friend and i made big posters with pieces of meat on them. we were screaming meat all night, and they segwayed seat of my pants straight into a monster 30 minute meat to close up the second set. thank you moe! love to see bands that are looking out for the fans. everything was on par at this concert, definitely a big show put on by Al. however, both guitars sounded amazing. id say this show is worth your money"
