""I feel like we're playing in the jungle" - Rob Derhak, bassist of moe. What a cool venue. More of an intimate party. The perfect amount of people dancing their asses off. We were so close to the stage we could have tackled Rob and ruined the show for everyone. Those security guards wouldn't've been fast enough. The set was full of heavy hitters. Each song a sandwich dutifully spread, dripping with jam. Bring It Back Home is one of my so most favored songs to open the show. New songs I have never heard like Billy Goat and Haze were instant classics. "Answer the call!" Godzilla cover?! Yes. Followed by Meat which was an intense conquest blazing through a dying star; only takes 25 minutes, feels like 300 years. At one point, Al Schier, left-staged guitarist of moe. crouches on this raised platform inches from the audience. One lucky patron even whammied Al's whammy bar! He suffered third degree burns to his hands and face due to Al's blistering solo. Purchase this show, love yourself for doing so. Be ready to accept moe. as your personal savior."
