"Awesome show! I agree with the other comments about the screaming fan. Glad I wasn't the only one getting the ick from it. Always love following DMB on tour, but the mix on this one is tough. Controlled crowd noise adds energy to a soundboard feed, but a single fan repeatedly screaming into the mics feels like an audience pull from a taper with a low boom—not the quality you expect behind a Nugs paywall. Still glad to have the audio, but worth noting for the mix."

"Are crowd mics even necessary? I don’t really need to be reminded while everyone talks during the quiet stuff and the solos that the fans are obnoxious and careless to respect the talented people on stage by actually listening. If I wanted to hear what anyone in the crowd has to say, I’d buy a ticket to the shows. "

"DMB still sounding locked in. Lady screaming makes this unlistenable though. It’s not my job but it’s amazing that this is one of the only bands that can’t knock out decent sound on life streams or day after SBD’s. What’s the Hangup? Certainly not a lack of rage fans willing to listen to something listenable…"

"Yes, the crowd noise is annoying, but when the songs are going, who cares. “Unlistenable”? “Had to turn it off”? These are not fan reviews. This was a killer set list. Besides, it’s Jones Beach. What do you expect from Long Island?"

"Was at the show - was fun, but the lady in the pit was obnoxious, and she was heard as much as she was heard here. Pit and ADA also flooded when the tide came in. 5 repeat songs from Forrest hills was a bit of a letdown, especially 2 of them being fool in the rain and madman’s eyes (satellite, 41, gravedigger as well) Overall fun show..have been to better and worse. Venue is very cool tho, albeit a pain to get to. "
