This was the first 2011 performance of Through the Never and only the 13th time it's been performed over the last 15 years.

This was the first time in almost 27 years that The Call of Ktulu was performed in Milan. It was last performed here on November 27, 1984.

Members of The Big 4 joined Metallica on stage for a cover of the classic Misfits song Die, Die My Darling.
