"Brownacid, the sickest second skin of the summer and fall took place 7.01.05 @ McCall, ID. Not to mention a very sick, bayou lena, chainsaw, et al. this was their last stop in the rocky mtns, hence the surprise, heaven. ACL was great, warm and dusty, don`t forget your bandana`s so that you can breathe next yr. Nice Stop breakin down w/ RR"

"All in all a good show. First set was decent but they made up for it with the second set. Schools was on the entire night. "

"This was my second Panic show, the first being this past Jazz Fest. I became the fan I am today after the ACL show. One of the greatest, dare I say it, jams I have ever witnessed was Second Skin. I could not believe what I was hearing and only wanted it to last forever. The glowsticks might have seemed like a good idea and well timed, but as usual someone has to take it to far, thanks high schoolers. But overall fantastic and moving experience. I look forward to seeing them over and over and over. Thanks for taking the time to show the world another way guys."

"1st of all this was my 32nd Panic show and it was awesome. Nothing will compare to the Mikey days but as for the new George days this was up there with one of the best that I have seen. Definitely better than the Saturday and Sunday Red Rocks show that I was at. I was blown away by this show. I am anticipating a great run at the Fillmore back at my home turf. My final thought is in regards to johnnya67. You are right on with your assessment about the sound. I have been recording concerts since 1996. I know that the band did a matrix recording of this show. Something must have gone wrong and they either had the main house mix turned down and the mic feed turned way up. Because this 2nd set recording sounds like an audience recording. What we don’t know is weather the main feed died out or a recording deck went bad and they used just the mic feed. Can anyone from WSP confirm this if you are reading? All and all I am happy to have a decent copy of the show. Thanks for good times, "

"First show, I stood at the rail in the School`s Zone. Best time ever, converted two newbies. The beach balls were a distraction, and I felt a bad when a light stick hit JB in the head, but other then that, I really enjoyed the show and was happy that the boys busted out tunes such as Pigeons, Bowlegged, Climb 2, Love Tractor, Goin` out West, All Time Low, and Makes Sense."

"I thought this show was great. Does anyone`s 2nd set sound a bit different from the 1st? My 2nd seems to be very bass heavy unlike the 1st and the vocals and guitars seem to be bit back. Anybody else?"

"Second....Second Skin. Caught the other one in Berkeley,CA. Just went plum silly after that. TEXAS"

"First WSP show I`ve been to, been to plenty of Phish back in the day so I`m fairly sure what to expect. I think the best visual description to describe the whole show was the fact that before the first set, they came out, said `Hi` and held up a bottle of water. After the sun dropped down, the water was replaced by a plastic cup of what assuredly wasn`t water. The second set really blew me away, I was laughing, smiling, and dancing the whole time. Don`t get me wrong, I had a great first set too, but I was distracted by the heat, and I had been at ACL all day. Of note: I don`t want any freaking light sticks while I`m dancing or heavy ass beach balls (if it hit you, you know the one of which I speak). And it certainly wasn`t cool for the teeny-boppers to throw the sticks at the band. All in all, great show, very glad I went and will go again."

" I find it in extremely poor taste to claim a show is weak. Keep that kind of nonsense to yourself. Every Panic show is a great show and everyone should feel fortunate to experience one. The ACL show was great, yes it was HOT!, Damn Hot. Welcome to TEXAS. True Fan"

"I was up front on the Dave side and I thought it was an amazing show. Now it is my first Panic show, so I have nothing to compare it two, but I don`t see how you could call that weak (aside from the dust and heat). Can`t wait until they come back to Texas."

    Sunshine 10/1/2005 11:09:03 AM

"The only thing weak about this show was the people in the crowd who threw light sticks at the stage. We were riding the rail, George side, and the boys were on fire! Thanks for such a good time!!"

"Thanks for getting this up so quick. I want to hear this again because I thought it was a WEAK show to be honest and I want to see what I think of the tapes now that I am not drowning in a cloud of scum and dust. First set was OK, maybe, but really the band seemed off all night. The 2nd set was significantly lower energy than the first. Maybe it was the heat and dust but they just did not have it going on at all. Even RR`s guest spot failed to generate the heat. They boys were just complacent and did not seem to be working very hard. All time Low was just that – a pallid and shameful run though of what should be a hot song. Easily the weakest show I have seen out of the 19 I have seen. It is like the band had two modes, a rushed, let’s hurry up and get through this thing vibe, and a lethargic, plodding along vibe. I have hit almost all the TX shows since `98 and traveled to NO for Halloween `98. This is the only fest. Set of theirs I have seen, so maybe I just did not know to expect a pedestrian performance, but it seriously did not hold a candle to the last gig I saw in Dallas last April or any of the shows that I have downloaded from spring and summer tours this year. "I am out of Utah and normally go to Red Rocks (in which I lost a little faith this year) to see the Panic shows. The last time I saw panic in TX was with Warren opening at the Back Yard, INCREDIBLE show. Although this is only the second time in TX to see Panic I was blown away again (thanks George for slowing down and enjoying!)! Why is there such a difference between the west coast/central/east coast shows? I guess I will be doing more travel toward the east! I am a reborn panic fan! "

"Yo, I havent` listened to the soundboard, but being there is the next best thing, and Set II was fucking awesome. Set I was damn good too, but once the sun went down things took off. Props to the C`ville Allstars, especially those who made the long trip and braved the thousand degree temps, by the way it was a chilly 80 degrees in the ATX today."

    Malloy 9/29/2005 10:11:12 PM

"Barely beats out Dallas for best show I`ve seen this year in TEXAS. Closing with All time low, CLASSIC. Thousands and Thousands on hand, you could hear WSP from 6th street, 3 miles away!!!!"
