Jack White's 2014 appearance at the Newport Folk Festival focuses on impressive career landmarks like the White Stripes "Hotel Yorba" and the Raconteurs "Top Yourself" while also highlighting then-new songs like "High Ball Stepper" and "Would You Fight For My Love?" as featured on the recently released Lazaretto album. A rare take on Jimi Hendrix's "Hear My Train A Comin'" fits in nicely with an set closing cover of Leadbelly's "Goodnight Irene" featuring Pokey Lafarge, John C. Reilly and other assorted friends.
