KSC returns to the magical land of Colorado and deliver the goods to the fine people at Cervantes. Sold out show. Cobill with the Jauntee. Mynd Reader kicked off the night.

Absolute nutty way to start the night. Space is the Place goes into Aged White Cheddar. That’s a first. Cool rotating riff thing in the Cheddar jam. Ben teases a Dopapod riff that was playing during the pre-show music. Ryan Wood on the drumset takes a solo. Back to Space is the Place. Next the band debuts a new tune So Will the Robots Be that they recorded with Dave Schools last year. That song and Space is the Place are coming out very soon. Jake on the saxophone tries his best. 393 to keep the jams going. Ending is a lot of fun. Checkin’ Out goes major and peaks nicely. Sax solo over speed fluctuations is also nice. Infernal Yodeling Astroman, as seen on TV. Laura jam cool. The band welcomes their friends Becca and Julie of the Sweet Lillies up for a lil Lou Reed/ ATCQ mashup. Brian crushed that bass part, it’s really hard apparently. We like to take off all our clothes when it’s a fun night…and take a swim in the warm winter glacial runoff. That’s right, board shorts. Brian whips out his water pipe for Sunbeam. Mushy brown Kool Aid that makes you feel a certain way. Wasted ending has SOAD vibes. No gimmick in Cars, deal with it. That’s ok, Sauerkraut came up for last song. Hands for Hans.
