"Another jaw dropping night of Biscuits. Both setlists from Silver Spring were A for song selection (for my taste anyways). Got my first Shem-Rah Boo after around 25 shows, and boy was it a heater. Extended intro with some thematic riffing from Barber and Magner, and the song was completed with Man of the Year, and two fully fledged jams — one before and one after MotY section. The second jam was such a fun dance party with very groovy synth work from Magner. For Voices we went to the dungeon and things got real dark and dirty. BtT > Svenghali to close the set was the perfect way to end it on an uplifting and positive note. Second set was dedicated to the ladies. They activated the Disco ball at the start of the ladies jam, and Magner started sounding the battle horn to rally the troops. This was such a cool moment. Waves was huge as well. Loved the second set sandwich choices from both nights. Fire will exchange seemed to draw a big reaction from the crowd. I was not as familiar with this one, but couldn’t help to be drawn in from the crowd’s energy. You can tell this song has been absolutely ripping recently. As for the Buddha encore, it was a nice compact version, similar to DttB from n1. You could tell there was a 12am ordinance and the band respected it. Between N1S2 and N2S2, I’d give N1 the slight edge, but it’s really splitting hairs between two top tier sets of biscuits. "
