"Transcendent Hot Tea. Fly me to heaven."

Pete 7/11/2023 6:24:24 AM

"Solid show with an epic Hot Tea. I love The Way It Is but it was pretty choppy. "

Greasepit 7/10/2023 3:02:20 PM

"A very, very shiny performance "

GIWD 7/10/2023 10:45:54 AM

"Man…after a run of slow shows the boys got back to their A-game!!! I heard a little Pink Floyd in that Madhuvan jam—-epic!"

"I was there. These lads put on an incredibly fun show. Hot Tea was a great jam but can’t believe any rabid fans (as it appears there are here in the comments section) have no comment on the mix and guitar tone. Between the mix and rick’s tone, Hot Tea is very hard to listen too. Tone is screechy and piercing. It’s pretty bad… If you check out the webcast it is mixed a bit better. IMO Rick is either so rounded out you can’t hear him or screeching your ears off. Someone point me in the right direction for a classic, well recorded, example of rick’s tone. I don’t know what it is."

"This wasn't it. Seen Goose a few times but this show seemed disjointed (expect the hot tea obv). The Rockdale and Changes were subpar at best, with changes just being straight off at times. Madhuvan was ok but if you compare madhuvan/changes to the '21 peach fest set the difference is night and day. "

"Scorching evening on the water in Portland. The crew delivers a very special home brew of Hot Tea with what sounds like an Atomic Dog tease "

Carson 7/8/2023 1:54:04 PM

"This might be the best goose performance I’ve listened to. Rockdale was amazing!!!"

Eric 7/8/2023 9:59:06 AM

"Hot tea might be my favorite jam of the year so far"

Jono 7/8/2023 6:25:36 AM

"My first goose show and definitely not my last! HOT TEA WAS OUTSTANDING! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE!!!"

Moose 7/7/2023 10:25:17 PM

"such a great tine, hot tea was fire!"

BIG PUSSY 7/7/2023 5:15:23 PM

"Best Hot Tea for sure "

Martay 7/7/2023 2:57:56 PM

"Hot tea!!! Big time JOTY contender. A major key bliss jam for the ages, from such an unlikely source like the perennial party tune. Watching the stream, it seemed like it was all Rick’s show, but this mix reveals Peter and Trevor as major contributors. Rest of the show is solid, but really…. This jam is what we all came for."

"So I really love this band. I feel like I know them so well because I have listened to most likely 60 shows from 2018 to 2023. But last night I finally got to see them thanks to my wonderful beautiful wife. She made sure we had the money to buy the tickets, bought them when we needed to than let me go in by myself because well we have a cat and she was afraid to leave the cat alone. Anyway I thought they were great. I wish she was with me but we have the video and audio recording of the show so she gets to see that. We love goose"

Cameron Mitchell 7/7/2023 1:19:23 PM

"Brought the heat in the heat. Great venue great people. Darkness was amazing with great lights. Tea, 726, Madhuvan to finish couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks. "

HamBone 7/7/2023 1:04:31 PM

"Great Show Sound Lights! That Hot Tea was EXTRA HOT"

Rich 7/7/2023 12:56:50 PM

"It was a great show. I mean, all the Goose shows are! Specifically for last night, audience was a little sweaty and unfamiliar with the band. First set opened in the bright and hot sun, and was well-played. The crowd delighted in The Way it Is. Pancakes was a resounding banger to close the set; the band had fully settled in and everyone had cooled off a bit as the sun dipped. At setbreak I predicted a devastating Set 2, and I stand vindicated. Feel it Now felt like a direct challenge to the crowd (and possibly to themselves)… the difference in energy and body language was palpable for both the band and the crowd. Dr. Darkness was incredible. It’s not my favorite to listen to, but man oh man did it deliver in person. Hot Tea was the highlight of the show. An absolute burner with several different movements, each compelling and energized. I love 726, a nice extended Madhuvan is always welcome, and the brief encore before curfew sent everyone home happy. Mission accomplished, Goose. Several of my friends were seeing their first show, and they are all on the team now. Shout out to Goedde, who I sort turned my back to when he was entering his workspace before set two. I caught a glimpse of his walkie and thought he was security. The lights in set 2 when it got dark enough for all of his toys to be operational were incredible."

Aaron F 7/7/2023 12:32:57 PM

"Come for the 1st set Borne and Rosewood, but stay for the Hot Tea>726>Madhuvan and find euphoria. I feel like Madhuvan had elements of Use Me in the jam, other hear Tumble. Tea will be talked about on best of lists by all your favorite Goose social personas. "

Parker E 7/7/2023 12:26:32 PM

"First set is about as good as first sets get. Lot of those songs explore unique spaces. Hot tea>726>Madhuvan is a wonderful way to end a show. The boys were feeling it"

Skeet 7/7/2023 11:19:52 AM

"Absolute banger. Boys brought the heat with this one!"

Cole 7/7/2023 11:16:48 AM

"Top 3 Hot Tea, and it ain’t number 3. "

Tyler M 7/7/2023 10:31:53 AM

"That Hot Tea was fire. Thanks for getting this up so quickly!"
