* This was the 15th time that Metallica played in the Toronto area. They have also played an additional five gigs in neighboring cities Hamilton and London.
* This was the first time in five years that Metallica performed in Toronto.

* Metallica first performed in Toronto on January 19, 1985 during the Ride the Lightning Tour.
