"oh man, it was great, i loved the encore with keller, little hands an amazing opener! i was incredibly exited to hear them begin howard, loved the jam going back into it, a fun filled day of danceing and laughing, thanks so much for such a great weekend, ill be there next year, and the year after that, and the year....."

"suzzete how can you say you didnt even dance the 1st set? Little Hands Rollover Eye Know Why Rainbow Serpent. I know the new stuff isnt the best but still, the 1st set was amazing! "

"I love the Cheese! I only get the chance to see them about once per year - so sad. I was so looking forward to this incident....I was alittle disappointed though. The venue was breath-taking, the fireworks beautiful, the whole festival was fun. The music was just not what I had hoped for. No magic. Not much jamming...I didn`t even dance for the whole first set. I bought the new CD - again, was alittle let down. However, the DVD that came with their new CD was able to provide alittle insight. They hired some bizarre producer and a vocal coach for gods sake. Why would they need some outsider to tell them how to sing? I don`t know where they are going with their music. I miss the bluegrass-crazy-fun-dancing-happy music. It all sounds so somber now...like the guys are tired and sad, maybe even bored. They have been touring non-stop for five years (or even longer). Maybe they need to take a year off. Their fans will not forget them nor stop loving them. I know that I won`t. They will always be #1 to me."

"My 23rd incident may have been my personal favorite. If not, it was certainly in the top 3. From the beautiful, touching opening ceremony with the Indians from South Dakota, with cheese transitioning into Little Hands, to the powerful ending with Keller and those talented cats from Umphrey`s, this show was a non-stop blast from start to finish. And while I enjoy electronic blue grass, for me personally there is nothing like cheese doing trance music, because they do it so well! It reminds me of some wild, crazy times I`ve had clubbing in NYC and Miami, only better because the vibe of the cheese crowd is better! This band is on the cutting edge musically, always experimenting and trying to improve. And no other band in my 40 years on this planet has given me as much joy and happiness as the String Cheese Incident. Thank you so much Bill, Michael, Keith, Kyle, Michael, and Jason :) peace, Michael (more cheese please!) PS Hope to see you again in Brooklyn!"

"I came all the way from Keizer, Oregon to see SCI at their hometown. It was so worth it! Beautiful venue, awsome tunes, and a great lightning storm with it. Although it was my first time to Colorado, so I had a hard time breathing and got sun-burnt easily. I can`t wait till HORNINGS HIDEOUT!!!"

"Right on JJ. show kicked ass. Little Hands opener with KW Incident was amazing. Wish i was going on tour but unfourtunatley Im only able to catch Red Rocks and Chicago shows. Keep rocking Cheese! Mike"

"THE SHOW WAS FANTASTIC! - So BBird and Chipper step off -- people like you ruin the whole experience. Your remarks are so far from reality, that I can only imagine you as some kind of angry drunken redneck fool. For me any keller incident is special and anyone knows when you get that special show with 3 or more trance numbers IT IS PURE HEAVEN! My head is still swimming from that special night as Cheese delivered my sliver aniversery show with creativity and style. So if you can`t handle the the outer limits of experimental rock and roll, stay home and listen to your donna the bufflo records! This show rocks from the first note all the way to the parking lot! ps: Thanks gina for a great time! jj"

"Thought both nights were awesome. Neither were the most amazing Cheese shows but i enjoyed both. I just do not understand how people can consider this the worst incident they`ve seen. Little hands, Rollover, Howard, Sirens, So loneely, Search, Freaker w/Keller, wow idioits. Though i did except two sets so i was a little dissapointed. Overall good two nights to start the classic. Thanks Cheese-Billy"

riverman 7/7/2005 2:31:00 PM

"The first show was not as good as the second night but it still rocked. If you did not think it rocked, you have some issues. Keep rockin out cheese."

chipper 7/7/2005 1:52:38 PM

"BBird is so right. The show was not together. seagues were missed and anti-clamatic. They fell back on 3 trance jams without even playing 1 3 min. bluegrass number. Night two was the shit though. one of the worst shows i have ever seen, besides the little hands opener. And the keller incident shit is becoming so repetative. Buy night two, not one, if you buy any at all "

BBird 7/6/2005 12:34:36 PM

"This was the worst show I have seen since first catching SCI in Durango in 1998. There is just no musical sublety to this show, it is pure power-noise. The second night was much better and Kang led the crowd on some serious musical trips! "

Jonny 7/6/2005 12:15:05 PM

"The Show was amazing! Split the stage vertically and on one side was about 10 different fireworks displays from Denver, and on the left was an amazing thunder storm. I don`t know it people down in front could see all of this. I needed room to dance so we went to the top and it was well worth it. The sirens was NASTY. One of the best shows I have been to, thank the maker for String Cheese"

stevo 7/5/2005 10:13:18 PM

"this show had amazing energy, especially howard>sirens>so lonely>sirens>howard. Little hands opener was just what i was looking for. Both Nights good but not great. BOTWP>I know you rider w/ YMSB was the highlight of the weekend for me. catch you at the schaumberg shows...."

mrblaze420 7/5/2005 8:09:57 PM

"AWESOME SHOW. Great set list and fireworks during the show! First time seeing a Keller Williams Incident also. Cheese rocked."

Paul 7/5/2005 7:34:11 PM

"if you saw the second night, then you know how much better cheese can be...still, when cheese started playing "little hands" slower than usual, then the fireworks started going, then cheese started rockin, i don`t know how they think up that stuff, but it was truly a special thing seeing that unfold."

Jason 7/5/2005 6:01:53 PM

"First time to Red Rocks, and third time overall seeing the Cheese. This show(even though i am definetly not a cheese veteran) in my opinion was absolutely smokin!!!! They were just on the whole time. Can`t wait to hear the crisp soundboard copy. Little Hands opener was great with Kang really ripping the violin. Other highlights for me were Rollover and Howard. Howard>Sirens>So Lonely>Sirens>Howard is worth the ten bucks alone..... Cant wait to get back to red rocks!!!!!"

boyder 7/5/2005 5:54:48 PM

"great show, great festival, great time at red rocks. the howard > sirens > so lonely > sirens > howard was awesome, as was the encore. I enjoyed hearing the new songs this night, but enjoyed the selection of `new` songs the second night a bit more. either way, great show and a great recording. thanks jono and larry for getting these out to us. -b"
