Metallica first performed in Switzerland on February 3, 1984
Metallica last played in Switzerland on June 18, 2010 in Wil/Jonschwil.
This was the first time that the following songs were performed in Switzerland: "Hell and Back", "The Struggle Within", "My Friend of Misery", "The God That Failed", and "Don't Tread on Me".
This was the first time in almost 20 years that "Through the Never" was played in Switzerland. It was last played in the country on November 18, 1992 in Zurich.
This was the first time in almost 19 years that "The Unforgiven" was played in Switzerland. It was last played in the country on June 20, 1993 in Basel.
