"My fifth time seeing JBS and the Dark Clouds and it was a transcendental performance. One of the best live performances I have ever attended. Sturgill and the 3 are as tight as ever, but Robby is the amazing missing piece that is hitting so hard on this tour. His keys and sax are so on point this tour, and the band has expanded his role"

"having seen him 3 times, this set was evidence that the band has progressed quite a bit in all sorts of ways. they clearly are meshing and progressing each song every time they play them. Mint tea intro had a solid China Cat tease for a bar or two. overall these guys are bound for the books as one of the best bands to tour ever.(period)"

"Great energy, smooth segues, just the right amount of rowdy, and some all time banter. Mid-September magic from JBS & TDC once again (listen to Red Rocks shows from 2025 if you haven't already)."
Unrequited Meh — 9/17/2026
