- A boxed "best of" five CD set of the Grateful Dead live, studio out-takes, and rehearsals, as compiled by Dick Latvala (who died on August 6, 1999, during the compilation of this box set), Steve Silberman, Blair Jackson, and David Gans.
- Released on November 9, 1999.
