"This show ranks as one of the best of all time. It has been called simply: BBQ Stewage. Raw Stewage smoked on the grill cooked to perfection. UM went from great to legendary--this is a MUST have to your collection ! This was the most exploritory show since set 3 @ Umbowl. The most different performance UM has ever done, not just one song, but the ENTIRE show was a continuous jam that flowed into a majestic conquest. I have never heard anything like this top to bottom. UM went to a new level. You are allowed to pick your jaw up off the floor when the performance is over. In the past, KC shows have always been psychedelic , experimental, exploratory, and loose. UMbowl, 4/20, Red Rocks, Chicago, & Atlanta shows contain pressure, UM must deliver and do. For some reason KC is like listening to a private jam session with the band flowing freely in any, and yes every direction. The past KC shows have all had this type of feel. However, this concert takes the cake up against any I have seen in the country over the years. It is an intimate look into the soul of UM—they opened up like I’ve never heard, completely uninhibited. If UM can bottle this, I’d buy a truckload of it. UM did not bring a dish to this pot luck meal, they brought the whole smorgasbord. This casserole of jam is stunning, a masterpiece. HALL of FAME. "
