Every time these guys come to the Pageant they bring their A-game(like they have anything else). 1348 is really turning into a prime set opener. All around great performance of the Mantis material as well as the classics but the highlight was the spot on cover of Shine On. This band just keeps getting better. "

"Set 1: 7.8/10 Set 2: 9.7/10 Encore: 7/10 Really a good show. Lyrical stew was great as was KaBump in the first set. Improv was pretty good too. Second set was about as good as it gets. Wappy is a great opener and then SOYCD! Mantis>HBB so sweet. Hangover and Reso are solid. (I haven't re listened yet.) Return to Mantis was heavenly with the lights. Stunning set, no doubt. Encore seemed forced as they ran out of time. Considering the sets they played it was OK with me!"
