"What I thought would be my last dead show..(3 sphere shows later)…the boys sounded amazing. This venue lacked in volume at times, but the boards don’t relay that. One of the best Sailor Saint Ship suites they have ever played. Great show. Really the start of the blazing run of ‘23. "

"Overall, Great show. It was a 9/10 in my book. MUST LISTENS: Playing In The Band + (Reprise) Watchtower Standing on the Moon I highly enjoyed listening to this show. First set was a bit slower paced. The Sailor>Saint was very mediocre at best. I'd skip the listen to it. Ship Of Fools was as good as people are saying, but it was nice. Truckin' was rippin' although there were some bumps in the lyrics. That Playing in the Band was absolutely amazing, a must listen. Drums/Space was an enjoyable ride. Watchtower was nice but Bobby got a little lost in the sauce near the end. Standing on the Moon was beautiful as always. And Touch of Grey was a perfect way to cap off Dead and Co's final goodbye to Texas. (Wished it was El Paso!). "

"Absolute gem of a show. One of the Best brown eyed women I’ve heard them do. Also my favorite ship of fools they’ve done. Played quite a few more slow songs than usual but they executed them to perfection. Then the second set they picked it up a bit and had some very nice jams throughout. "

"Completely sentient being, alive. No traveling dead head by experience. Jerry? Oh he passed through my mind, but never stayed. As it’s the company’s final trek, I decided to join the dance macabre. First set, partook some herb, enjoyed the vibe. Not quite understanding the outermost signals coming from the stage, left me smiling yet bewildered. Intermission: potty break. Second set; “what a long strange trip it’s been”…oh yes, Master Bob, musical pinprick’s begin to pierce my skin. Uncle John, come to take his children home, myself and twenty thousand others slipping into the tide. Percussive rhythms giving way to droning musical space…the joker, the thief telling me, “there must be some way outta here” over under guitars manning the Watchtower. Skeletons covered in rose petals look very good standing far off on the moon, playing with the band. From the levy she rises, no, never not fade away. Dead men leave "
