Dustin Ammon 1/11/2024 11:49:13 AM

"Sat up in the nosebleeds behind home plate after the show and took it all in. Pure Magic in the air, SF was the center of the universe for 3 days in July "

Bobo 11/2/2023 10:25:11 AM

"Magical night! Jumped on the bus back in '87 and this just felt so special to be in SF for this show. The energy of the crowd and band was beyond imagination. Smiles, good vibes, and happy dancing all night long."

BVans 11/1/2023 9:46:08 AM

"Superb show all the way through. Mayer in the groove, jazzy throughout. Wier continues to prove he’s the best rhythm player maybe ever. Upbeat and rollicking from the beginning to the end. Have really come to love this version of The Dead. "

Bert Smith 10/25/2023 10:00:49 AM

"I just got done listening to Eyes of the World three times with headphones. It is transcendent! Everything that makes the Dead so special, and it showed what John Mayer brought to the tour. It brings me to tears every time."

Jeff 10/10/2023 10:04:56 AM

Drones 8/18/2023 8:30:35 PM

"All these reviews saying the music was incredible are 1000% correct. But my god, the f**king DRONE SHOW needs a shout as well. I have never seen anything like it and urge you to find footage of it if you can. They all rose from McCovey Cove as identical green dots and came together to form the most beautiful Stealie. I cried. It was like seeing into the future. And the music. Good lord. Franklin’s Tower was the highlight for me. Everyone jamming their tits off. And that Brokedown turned me into a puddle of tears. Fare Thee Well. "

Logan seal 8/8/2023 12:49:21 PM

"Jay really showing his chops on Samson and Delilah, my God. "

Dylan 7/31/2023 9:45:32 PM

Michael Howanski 7/30/2023 4:52:07 AM

MC 7/23/2023 5:29:37 AM

"Anyone else notice that John breaks out a few bars of the Allman Brothers “Blue Sky” during the Franklin’s?"

Brock Martin 7/21/2023 4:12:19 PM

"This was my third show and I am so glad I set out to make San Francisco. First trip to the west coast and was not disappointed in any way. Wish I'd made all 3 nights. Crowd was insane start to finish. I've never dance in my life but I tried to leave as much of my shoes in that stadium as I could! Almost every song I wanted and of course plenty I didn't know I needed! Over 40 minutes of eyes across two shows. . Wow"

Goley 7/21/2023 4:10:50 PM

Scotty Kratochwill 7/19/2023 7:30:53 AM

"On the bus in 85, a taper & super picky. Kicking off the 3rd night with the 70s style Bertha>good lovin' was perfect, paying tribute to the latter half of the 70s. The loser was exquisite.I closed my eyes saying that sounded like Jer. High Time was tranquil. Then, Samson, always on a Sunday, but this in middle of first set! Althea, solid. Fantasy>jude terrifically played, props to Jeff. Then the sweetest bird song with mind blowing dynamics. Set II I challenge anyone, find me a better Help>slip>franks! Estimated>Eyes made the pre drumspace I've ever heard and I saw Jerry almost 100 times. As there was a slight pause in drums, I was able to say to the 7 kids in our posse, Mickey Hart, kids, the greatest percussionist I've ever witnessed. For the 3rd night I cried... As the days was beautiful. A Cumberland that was not the typical Grateful Dead 3 and 1/2 minute song, but one of the most impressive jams ever, so intricate and solid. Sugar mags and the set and a perfect way. Started the encore I swear truckin' starts like cosmic Charlie. Brokedown >nfa reprise was perfect. I've traveled 3000 miles a few times to catch them. If they pulled a Woodstock, I'd call em' out. No, they nailed it, completely, Mayer was pouring his soul out with jazz and blues twists. O'teil's bass solo in eyes wow backwards wow. The music spoke for itself. Myself, however, will quote Bill Graham... "The greatest rock and roll band that ever was"

Matt 7/19/2023 6:12:25 AM

"Still putting the pieces of myself back together after this show. Brokedown really broke me down in tears. Forever thankful and Grateful! Nothing left to do but smile smile smile. NFA"

Silly Billy 7/19/2023 2:22:44 AM

"Was not present at this show. I just finished listening to it tonight at work, and it was the fire. I saw many many shows and quite a number of tours from 85' - 92'. This was some of the best Dead & Co. That I've heard. I enjoyed this final tour immensely, and my respect grew with every night played. Folsom Field and the early part of this tour. Thank you for the music you gave."

Jerome G 7/18/2023 9:52:45 PM

"I give this show my seal of approval "
