First show with Sput on drums in a long time. Beautiful, big hall on the UCLA campus. Great sounding set. Justin kicks off the night with rhythmically motific Rhodes solo on Flood. Sput stretches within the pulse. He and Nate get reacquainted. Lots of vibe on the Binky intro. Bob rocks the first solo. Jay weaves in and out and takes the band into space. Things go slow-jam. Shaun runs the outro. Sput and Nate explore a bit. Bent Nails is fast, but tight. Shaun swings with an organ solo. Kite feels great. Jay takes a super lyrical flugelhorn solo and talks with Sput. Justin takes his time on Rhodes over the outro and things get funky. Maz gets weird on What About Me? with an effected-trumpet-with-harmon-mute solo. Sput and Shaun get Dallas on the outro. Justin grooves the solo on Shofukan. Shaun ends the night with a crazy percussion duel on talkbox  with Sput to close out Sleeper. So much great energy on this one.
